What is the typical turnaround time for sizing a ring?

We like to give our customers a week to 10 days for the turnaround estimate, however, our jeweler works magic and usually gets it completed in a day or so.

How much is ring sizing?

Well, that’s not a simple answer. We don’t quote over the phone. We really do need to see the ring. While sizing can be a simple repair, our jeweler measures shank width and depth, as well as checking all gemstones.

Do you do repair work onsite?

Yes, all repairs are done right here.

Do you offer financing for purchases?

Do you offer layaway?

We have a 3-month layaway policy. The payment plan requires ⅓ down, and ⅓ for the next 2 months. The item may be taken home once all payments are made in full. We do not offer refunds, including on payments made toward an item, although in some cases you can use a payment balance toward a different item. If you need more time for making payments, you could apply for financing.

Do you offer refunds?

We don’t offer refunds, we do, however, we do offer a full exchange (within 30 days of purchase), on non worn jewelry items or altered in any way, including sizing, or any custom or special orders.

Do you cut rings off?

Yes, we can provide this service. The charge is $45. Please call ahead to make sure our jeweler is here and has free time to accommodate.

Do you replace watch batteries?

Yes, we replace “most” batteries in watches. If you need the watch water sealed, we do not replace these batteries. We also, size watch bands.

Do you offer laser engraving?

Yes we offer laser engraving on most surfaces. Please call or stop in so we can take a look at your items and pricing will be given then.

Do you offer permanent jewelry?

Yes we offer permanent jewelry in sterling silver, white, rose and yellow gold. We have a light collection of gold plated as well. Please call for an appointment.

Do you offer appraisals?

Yes indeed we offer appraisals. We have a visiting appraiser that comes to the store typically the 2nd Saturday of each month. *There are no walk ins, all appraisals must be made in advance. Appraisals are $150 for the 1st item and $100 for each one after. There is a 10% discount on 10 or more appraisals done on the same day.

Do I need an appointment when choosing an Engagement ring?
